Program Qualifications
To ensure our housing community remains safe, stable, and supportive, all participants must
meet the following qualifications:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a verifiable and guaranteed source of income (employment, benefits, or
other consistent support)
• Successfully complete a background screening — case-by-case considerations may apply
• Be able to live independently without assistance in activities of daily living
• Commit to maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle
• Agree to follow community guidelines and program expectations
• Be motivated to work toward personal goals, stability, and independence
How We Support Your Journey
• Private and semi-private room options for comfort and choice
• Fully furnished living spaces
• All utilities included — no extra stress or surprise costs
• Shared or private bathroom options based on availability
• Access to community resources for mental health and wellness
• Flexible payment options (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) we also accept SSI and housing
vouchers.
• Shared kitchen spaces that encourage connection and responsibility
• Washer/dryer access or hookups for convenience
• Monthly cleaning schedules to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Monthly errand runs for essential needs and appointments
• Assistance in collaborating with other community programs to reach personal goals and support long-term stability and success
